    The Monserrate Bar occupies the space of the lobby of the old Hotel Monserrate. Restored in 1994, is a place to pay homage to traditional Cuban music. From its walls hang photographs of artists as Benny Moré, Ignacio Villa (Bola de Nieve), Joseíto Fernandez, The Trio Matamoros and Los Compadres, among others. Their gastronomic service does deserve restaurant category, for it offers highly elaborated Cuban cuisine dishes, as well as others ranging from appetizers and pizzas to exquisite gastronomic combinations. It is also known for the variety of national and international cocktails.
